Husband and wife, Paul and Josie McGuire, established McGuire Plumbing and Heating LLC in 1986. In the early years, McGuire Plumbing and Heating LLC did mostly new construction, working with some of the top general contractors in Eastern Connecticut. Through the years McGuire Plumbing and Heating LLC expanded with service work and remodeling. In 2001, Paul McGuire was joined by his son-in-law, Jeff Cassidy. Jeff and his wife Jamie have since partnered in the business. Paul and Jeff have gone on to become two of the most elite water pump specialists and reputable contractors in the plumbing and heating service industry. With Paul and Josie laying the groundwork for 30 years of excellence, Jeff and Jamie are hoping to keep the legacy going with their two sons, Luke and Liam.
